If the printer is not printing any documents, then you will need to make sure that you have loaded standard sized papers for the print jobs. If you have already placed standardized printer paper on the printer, ensure that there is not a paper jam by checking the inside of the computer printer.

Check the Toner or Ink

You might be already aware of the fact that you will need an adequate amount of toner or ink before you start to print documents from your printer. Even if you are running a test print in black and white, some computer printers may refuse to print documents until their color ink has been refilled. So, check the ink levels of your printer and refill it, if necessary.

Check the Print Queue Dialog

Therefore, you will need to open the print queue dialog box in your Windows PC to ensure that you are not facing any kind of operating system issues. Go to the Devices & Printers window on your computer, right click on it, and then select See What’s Printing.
